Gaia Online MMO Soon to Be Released

What is up with the nostalgic games these days. First it was Ragnarok Online’s Free Server, and now its this one called ZOMG. Yes, the name of this free MMO is called ZOMG (they should have went all out and done ZOMGWTFBBQROFLMAO)

Anyways this one looks like it will be a web game so you won’t have to worry about system spec. Looking at the screenshots of the game it looks vaguely remniscent of Ragnarok Online’s 3d world or any other asian MMORPG for that matter.

The game also looks like you’ll be able to create custom screen layouts. Though not much information is out about it yet. The game has been in closed beta for a few months already, but starting Oct 27th, people with “zOMG! Head Start Tickets” will be able to play. After that Gaia Online users that have used Gaia for more than 4 years will be able to also join in the headstart program.

They have an announcement page for Gaia Online MMO ZOMG! here. The game does not have a subscription fee either so if your looking for a free MMO then its another option to play.

On a side note if you know anyone on the Gaia Online boards or are familiar with it yourself, you’ll know that you can pick up forum equipment via gold that you earn from surfing the forums. Some items can be purchased with cash too. So if you are looking to give a friend who’s active on the forums some gear you can pick up these gift cards from Amazon for them. (guys these work wonders as gifts for your girlfriends)

lol, a Gaia Online MMO. I used to frequent Gaia all the time. Now it’s just a waste of time, especially with all the little kids who insult people or kick members out of a guild with no reasons. -_-
