Manly Meddling Last Unlock Possibly Found?

There have been quite a few posts of people searching for the last two unlocks for the Manly Meddling Tome Tactic. One of them (Killing 1000 Living Armors) has been confirmed. Now another one, killing 1000 night goblins has recently shown up in a forum post over at WHA.

If this one gets confirmed then it should be all the partial tome tactics people will need to unlock the much elusive tome tactic Manly Meddling, and its +50% experience when killing NPC human, dwarf, and elves. I really don’t get this though, killing 1000 undead Dark Elves for 1 unlock, and killing 1000 Goblins for another one. It makes no sense to me, but whatever I’m just glad that it was finally found.
