Warhammer Online – Ironbreaker Golfing

I was browsing through some Warhammer Online links, and found one that just made me laugh outright regarding PvP in an Tor Anroc for Ironbreakers.  Basically its a video of an Ironbreaker playing ‘golf’ with Destruction players in that RvR scenario.

So without much further ado here’s the video from vimeo:

    Hey Exile here and back again.
    I have to comment, because that video speaks truth to power…

    I have officially stopped playing scenarios at this point because the ironbreaker is so unfair! They can seriously lob you so far back that it’s not even funny. Combine that with the supreme owning of the BW and order dominates. Meanwhile, the Zealot (and many others) get knockbacks that either don’t work or go back about an inch. I’m not one to proclaim a nerf, but even the guy in this video admitted it… there was almost no skill in what he was doing. =D

    Mythic is notoriously known for nerfing, so I am sure they have seen this and it’s coming down the pipeline.

    Very much so, although in the T4 zone we’ve been getting our rears hurt by Destruction quite a bit in Serpents Passage via a Magus/Marauder demo spam. Thankfully that was fixed last patch finally. That bug was around since beta.

    Though Magus + Sorceress Pit of Shades hurts like hell now =P.

    I’ve recently picked up my 20second recast knockback tactic, and definitely loving that skill. Though I kind wish I had that zealot miniknock back. That thing makes healing/dpsing impossible compared to a 1 time knock back.

    The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence eh?

    That reminds me of a Master Chief vs Samus video I posted of a while back. Though while I wish there were Space Marines in Warhammer Online, I’m not soo sure about who would win in that battle. My guess is a stalemate.
