Video Card Down, New One Enroute

Well another quick note over here just to keep you guys updated with whats going on. My video card decided to get overheated, and burnt out so I’m in the middle of upgrading that piece of hardware. The card I had was the ATI 1900xtx, and is pretty notorious about running at high temperatures. I’ve been meaning to get a third party cooling fan for it, but with the prices of the Nvidia 8800 GT being soo low lately I had been putting it off. Anyways I picked up a new card from NewEgg, so it should be arriving in the next few days. Hopefully I can get Word of Warcraft back up, and running with soon.

My video card hasn’t been doing so well lately. I am looking into a new card myself. The one I have now is a GEForce 5200. It’s a few years old and the performance is starting to get a bit sluggish in WoW, so I guess I really need a new one, lol.

Ye, 8800 is a good reliable gaming card. Can’t go wrong with that.
