However people still do use them to build back links along with Hub Pages since you can put in follow links with your choice of anchor texts back to your site. Since I finally have my own domain instead of a free blog I'll start to make some pages as well. I would probably put it on par with people who do article marketing via Ezine/classifieds, except it takes a little longer to get Squidoo pages indexed sometimes. Every back link helps for SEO.
